Welcome to Suncoast PCA’s April DE 2-day weekend!

Registration Opens: March 10, 2025, at 9:00 AM (CT)

The weekend will begin with a Street Taco social during the Registration and Tech hour on Friday evening. Please select at time of registration.

Both Saturday and Sunday will be our regular 4-run group format DE with run groups for students and solo drivers. Our student group will have a limited number of students per day so please register early to guarantee a spot! First timer’s and non-PCA members are welcome – the only caveat is all drivers must be at least 18 years of age.

Event t-shirts: We will have a variety of different t-shirts available for sale at the track from Saturday a.m. through to Sun noon at Pit 30. Be sure to stop by and take a look!

Some items to note:

DE REGISTRATION and CONFIRMATION:

1. All registrants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.

2. All drivers require a helmet rated SA2015 or SA2020. Moped helmets and motorcycle helmets are not allowed, and there are no loaner helmets available. NOTE: SA2015 helmets can be used until Feb 28, 2026 per PCA National.

3. We run rain or shine so please prepare accordingly!

4. Car numbers and pit stalls are allocated on a “first registered and paid, first allocation” basis.

5. We use an e-waiver – this must be SIGNED and VERIFIED.

6. Registrations have a 3-day period for you to complete the above items and make payment. After the 3-day period has expired your registration will be automatically cancelled.

7. You will be confirmed when the required questions / registration information is complete, your appropriate payment is received, and your e-waiver is signed AND VERIFIED.

You are not officially in the event until you have received a confirmation email.

8. All requests for changes to your registration must be made before the event closes. This includes car numbers, cars or driver information. No changes to your registration can be made after the event registration period closes (1 week prior to the event start date).

9. After the event registration period has closed, you will need to contact the DE Registrar to inquire about space in the event and registering. All late registrations will incur a $75 late registration fee.

10. PCA membership is not required but membership does have some advantages. If your PCA membership number is in your ClubReg account profile, it will be automatically verified during the registration process, and you will see the member rates. If you are a PCA member and you do not see the member rates, (1) check your membership is paid up and (2) ensure you have entered your membership number into your profile. You do not have to be a member specifically of Suncoast PCA, all PCA members receive the same benefits at our DE events.

DE TECH INSPECTION:

All drivers must have a technical inspection performed on their car within 30 days of the event, at an approved shop. The “Tech Form” and the “Approved Shop List” can be downloaded from within your ClubReg account. They will also be attached to your confirmation email. THIS APPLIES TO ALL DRIVERS, INCLUDING INSTRUCTORS!

SAFETY POLICIES RELATING TO CONVERTIBLES AND EV CARS:

If you are considering driving with either a convertible or an EV, please contact our DE Tech at DETech@SuncoastPCA.org prior to registering for an event to get the specifics of these policies. The documents can also be downloaded from ClubReg once you are logged into your ClubReg account.

DE CANCELLATION and REFUND / CREDIT: <<= NEW CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE FEB 1, 2025 – PLEASE READ FULLY!

Suncoast Florida PCA incurs significant costs in hosting an HPDE event at Sebring. These are non-refundable costs to Suncoast and include track rental, corner workers, safety crews, ambulance personnel etc.

1. All cancellations MUST be done in your ClubReg account by clicking the CANCEL button.

2. All cancellations, whether for refund or for credit and regardless of reason, will incur a $60 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refund of the ClubRegistration payment processing fees (currently 4.25%).

3. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the event start date, you will receive a credit for use within calendar year 2025. Or you may request a refund by emailing to DERegistrar@SuncoastPCA.org after clicking cancel. Refunds will be processed ASAP but not later than 10 days after the event.

4. If you cancel from 15 to 29 days prior to the event start date will receive a credit for use in 2025 (less the $60 cancellation fee noted above).

5. From 14 days prior to the event start date, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS – including for cars not passing the technical inspection. Plan and schedule your tech inspection appointment accordingly to ensure any required repairs or pads/tires replacements can be made before the cancellation deadline (for Sat-Sun 2-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Friday 2 weeks prior; for Fri-Sat-Sun 3-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Thursday 2 weeks prior).

6. Any charitable donations made are not refundable.

7. We do not offer refunds, credit or partial credit for mechanical issues that prevent your car from going out on the track, or continuing on the track.
