October Autocross – Tampa Bay Downs

October Autocross #8 at Tampa Bay Downs – Ladies’ Day
Men and ladies are welcome, but we are encouraging participation and will focus on instruction and prizes for our ladies.
Please pre-register at clubregistration.net by Wednesday, October 5th. Non-Porsche vehicles are welcome, however we are capping non-PCA registrants to 20 and capping overall entries to 54 for this event.
Registration and tech inspection 8:30am – 9:30am. Novice course walk at 9:45am followed by driver’s meeting at 10:00am.
Cost is $30 for PCA and BMW CCA members, $40 for non-members, to be paid on-line.
Snell 2005 helmet or newer required, loaners available. Lunch will be provided.
Note that due to this site’s proximity to residential neighborhoods, we require cars at this event to use muffled exhausts. We reserve the right to refuse participation for cars that are too loud at this event.
Directions:
Located on Race Track Rd about 1 mile north of Tampa Rd in northwest Hillsborough County. Use the facility entrance on the south side of the main grandstands building and we will direct you to the parking location.
