We would like to share a few notes about our event and a few tips for the best experience:

Before The Event
Please download the latest version of Zoom by visiting Zoom.us/Download on your preferred device. If you are using a smartphone or a tablet, you must download the app before our event.

To familiarize yourself with Zoom and test your audio/video connection before the event, join a test meeting there. If you’re using a computer, you can also join on your browser at gatheringus.zoom.com. For assistance, please call or text the GatheringUs Tech Support Hotline at 240 – 608 – 6037

During The Event
All guests’ microphones will be muted when entering the event. All speakers will be unmuted by GatheringUs. There are two view options, ‘Speaker’ and ‘Gallery.’ The Speaker is the main view and your screen will default to this view each time there is a new presenter. You can switch to the Gallery view by pressing on “Gallery” on the top right-hand corner of your screen.

The service will be recorded and available to view on the GatheringUs Memorial page.
