SUMMARY:Dinner on the Beach
DESCRIPTION:Our 2024 Dinner on the Beach at Sharky’s on the Pier in Venice (1600 Harbor Dr S\, Venice\, FL 34285) is scheduled for May 15\, 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. As in past years\, we have again reserved their tent located at the south end of the restaurant directly on the beach. Parking is also plentiful; park at the far south end of the lot. \nIf this is your first time at Sharky’s\, just follow signs to the hostess desk and tell them that you are with Suncoast PCA and you’re looking for the tent. Alternatively\, take the little boardwalk from the south parking area directly to the beach and look to your right for all your Porsche Peeps. At the end of the little boardwalk\, make a right 180 degree turn and enter the tent. \nUniform of the day is Florida/beach casual\, but if you prefer regular casual\, that’s OK too. DESCRIPTION:Make plans to join your fellow Suncoast PCA members for our seventh Dinner-on-the-Beach at Sharky’s in Venice at around 5:00pm or 6:30pm\, you know\, like Jimmy Buffet beach time\, whenever… \nAs in the past\, Sharky’s has made their tent available to our group. This is a covered semi-fixed area\, where we will be well-sheltered in case of a shower\, but is completely outdoors and allows us to enjoy those Gulf breezes that our area is famous for. We will have our own\, dedicated service staff with individual\, couple\, or group checks available. The menu will be wide open\, that is\, everything that you see on the Sharky’s web site will be available.\nParking\, while not reserved specifically for PCA\, is plentiful near the south end of the restaurant. \nYou can find the group in two ways. First\, go to the reception desk\, and tell the hostess that you are with the Porsche Club for dinner under the tent. Or\, alternatively\, if you don’t mind a little beach sand on your feet\, proceed toward the beach\, past the south end of the restaurant complex on the little boardwalk. As you approach the beach\, you’ll see your fellow Porsche-Pushers to your right\, yes\, you guessed it\, under the tent. After a friendly wave\, proceed to the end of the boardwalk and execute a sharp 180-degree turn to your right and come straight into the tent. \nWe’ll all be waiting for you….

As you approach the beach\, you’ll see your fellow Porsche-Pushers to your right. Yes\, you guessed it\, under the tent. After a friendly wave\, proceed to the end of the boardwalk and execute a sharp 180-degree turn to your right and come straight into the tent. \nWe’ll all be waiting for you….
