SUMMARY:Northern Suncoast Gimmick Rally
DESCRIPTION:This rally will start at the Glory Days Grill\, 14457 N Dale Mabry Hwy\, Tampa (parking lot behind). The Drivers/Navigators briefing will begin at 0830\, so please arrive between 0800 and 0830. After the briefing\, we will line up and launch participants at intervals beginning at 0900. The terminus\, route street names\, and answers to questions will be provided in a Panic Envelope which must be presented UNOPENED at the end of the rally to be eligible for a trophy or other prize. You should open the Panic Envelope only if you’re hopelessly lost\, give up\, or it is 1200 hours and you’re not at the finish line. Lunch will be available (at your own expense–not included in the entrance fee) at the finish and we’ll have an awards ceremony during lunch after scoring is complete. DESCRIPTION:Events have been reaching max capacity\, so we will have to prioritize registrations by: Current PCA membership validated in your Clurbreg profile; Porsche cars – non PCA; BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW) and Guests only are invited to register on 02/09/25. We advise you to not make payment in advance if you are not a Porsche car as you will be charged the credit card fee to cancel your payment. We will email you if we are able to move you from the waitlist to “Pending” status to make payment. Event will be capped at approximately 40-45 drivers and up to 10 registered guests. Registration will close on 03/01/25 and cancellations must be submitted prior to that date for refund (less credit card processing fee). NO on-site registrations will be allowed. \nPre-payment (current/active PCA MEMBERSHIP # MUST be listed in your Clubreg Profile to qualify for the Member rate of $50)\, and the PCA Event Liability Waiver is required to be e-signed before you will be confirmed on the Roster. Your registration will remain as “Pending” until completed and you have received a confirmation email and see your name on the Roster. You can review and verify your car class and categories on the Suncoast PCA activities/autocross page at: https://suncoastpca.org/autocross/ \nALL non-driver GUEST attendees must register and e-sign the liability waiver as a “Crew/Guest” on Clubregistration.net. No on-site registrations as this is a private event. Lunch and cold drinks will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own cooler. We always target 4 morning runs and 4 afternoon runs depending on weather and other factor. Guests can enter through the Spectator Parking/Gate\, but they must also be at least a Tourist member and complete the waiver. Guests who do not also pre-register via this Clubregistration.net event\, however\, cannot be inside the autocross area with Suncoast Region PCA. There will be a separate area for general “spectators”. \nWe plan to accommodate up to 50-60 drivers for this venue\, however\, we will still prioritize registrations by: Current PCA membership validated in your Clurbreg profile\, $50; Porsche cars – non PCA\, BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW)\, $60\, and their Guests are invited to register on 02/04/25. If you are a non-PCA member and driving “Other-XS”\, you may register but DO NOT make payment in advance as you will be charged the credit card fee if we have to cancel your registration/payment. Cost of the Brunch is $54.00 per person payable to the restaurant. Brunch hours are 11 am to 2 pm\, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your meal.
