DESCRIPTION:PCA and BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW) only are invited to register on 9/13-10/5. Do not register if you are not a member as you will be charged the credit card fee to cancel your payment. Event will be capped at approx 40 drivers and up to 10 registered guest. Registration will close on10/5 and cancellations must be submitted prior to that date for refund (less credit card processing fee). NO on-site registrations will be allowed. \nPre-payment (current/active PCA MEMBERSHIP # MUST be listed in your Clubreg Profile to qualify for the Member rate of $45)\, and the PCA Event Liability Waiver is required to be e-signed before you will be confirmed on the Roster. Your registration will remain as “Pending” until completed and you have received a confirmation email and see your name on the Roster. \nALL non-driver GUEST attendees must register and e-sign the liability waiver as a “Crew/Guest” on Clubregistration.net. No on-site registrations as this is a private event. Please assist your guest in setting up an account with Clubregistration.net. $5 is requested if your guest will join us for lunch. \nPCA requires eSignatures for all events. Electronically sign the Event Liability Waiver prior to the event. \nSnell 2010 helmet or newer required. Limited loaner helmets available. \nPlease arrive at the gate between 7:45am and 8:15am. Tech inspection 8am – 8:30am. Guided course walk at 8:45am followed by drivers’ meeting at 9am. Group A ready to Grid by 9:30am. Lunch and cold drinks will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own cooler. We always target 4 morning runs and 4 afternoon runs depending on weather and other factor. Please make plans to stay the entire day so we have enough workers for the final B run group. We usually wrap up around 3:30pm. \nAll Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid Driver’s License. DESCRIPTION:Your Tourmeister asked for ideas — where would you like to go? \nOur October tour is one of the destinations suggested. Sunday\, October 13\, at 9am we’ll leave from near Sarasota’s Fruitville Road and I-75 junction for a back roads tour to LaBelle\, east of Fort Myers. The approximately two hour drive will end at the popular Log Cabin Barbeque Restaurant where we’ll have lunch. $10 registration fee. Registration closes October 11. \nFor those who choose to spend time after lunch exploring on their own\, most La Belle businesses are closed on Sunday. SUMMARY:Porsche Pantry with Car Show and Coffee
DESCRIPTION:Join your fellow Suncoast PCA members in a food drive to benefit the Food Bank at First Baptist Church\, 1900 Gandy Blvd N.\, St. Petersburg\, FL\, 33702 on Saturday\, October 26. This year\, we’re combining with a car show! Prizes will be awarded for categories such as Sportiest Sports Car\, and Classiest Classic. This is not a concours\, any car can be entered in the show. It’s all for fun! If you do want to enter your car in the show\, plan to arrive no later than 8:45 am\, the show and judging will be from 9:00am to 10:00 am. Awards will be presented immediately after\, departure around 10:30am am. If you do not enter your car in the show\, you can arrive anytime before 9:30 am (we want you to be able to participate in the car show judging!). We will have coffee\, water and some breakfast goodies for you to enjoy. \nEveryone should bring your donations of non-perishable food and/or grocery store gift cards. This is a chance to give back to our community and help others less fortunate. \nThe church has a large parking lot\, very Porsche friendly with lots of room for the car show.
