DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Suncoast PCA’s Mother’s Day weekend! \nRegistration Opens: March 31\, 2025\, at 9:00 AM (CT) \nRegistration Closes: May 2\, 2025\, at 11:59 PM (CT) \n🔗 Register Here: Club Registration \n\nJoin us for 2 full days of driving fun! Both Saturday and Sunday will be our regular 4-run group format DE with run groups for students and solo drivers. Our student group will have a limited number of students per day so please register early to guarantee a spot! First timer’s and non-PCA members are welcome. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age. \nCome on out\, bring your Mom and celebrate Mother’s Day with us! On Sunday we will offer a light continental breakfast and snacks throughout the day\, in an air conditioned suite\, compliments of Suncoast PCA. All our women drivers will receive a free photo shoot with their car at Victory Circle. Let your Mom experience the track by taking her in your track car for some fun laps during our lunch time parade laps! \nA variety of HPDE Event T-shirts will be available for sale at the track from Saturday a.m. through to Sun noon at Pit 30. Be sure to stop by and take a look! \nSome items to note: \nDE REGISTRATION and CONFIRMATION: \n1. All registrants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. \n2. All drivers require a helmet rated SA2015 or SA2020. Moped helmets and motorcycle helmets are not allowed\, and there are no loaner helmets available. NOTE: SA2015 helmets can be used until Feb 28\, 2026 per PCA National. \n3. We run rain or shine so please prepare accordingly! \n4. Car numbers and pit stalls are allocated on a “first registered and paid\, first allocation” basis. \n5. We use an e-waiver – this must be SIGNED and VERIFIED. \n6. Registrations have a 3-day period for you to complete the above items and make payment. After the 3-day period has expired your registration will be automatically cancelled. \n7. You will be confirmed when the required questions / registration information is complete\, your appropriate payment is received\, and your e-waiver is signed AND VERIFIED. \nYou are not officially in the event until you have received a confirmation email. \n8. All requests for changes to your registration must be made before the event closes. This includes car numbers\, cars or driver information. No changes to your registration can be made after the event registration period closes (1 week prior to the event start date). \n9. After the event registration period has closed\, you will need to contact the DE Registrar to inquire about space in the event and registering. All late registrations will incur a $75 late registration fee. \n10. PCA membership is not required but membership does have some advantages. If your PCA membership number is in your ClubReg account profile\, it will be automatically verified during the registration process\, and you will see the member rates. If you are a PCA member and you do not see the member rates\, (1) check your membership is paid up and (2) ensure you have entered your membership number into your profile. You do not have to be a member specifically of Suncoast PCA\, all PCA members receive the same benefits at our DE events. \nDE TECH INSPECTION: \nAll drivers must have a technical inspection performed on their car within 30 days of the event\, at an approved shop. The “Tech Form” and the “Approved Shop List” can be downloaded from within your ClubReg account. They will also be attached to your confirmation email. THIS APPLIES TO ALL DRIVERS\, INCLUDING INSTRUCTORS! \nSAFETY POLICIES RELATING TO CONVERTIBLES AND EV CARS: \nIf you are considering driving with either a convertible or an EV\, please contact our DE Tech at DETech@SuncoastPCA.org prior to registering for an event to get the specifics of these policies. The documents can also be downloaded from ClubReg once you are logged into your ClubReg account. \nDE CANCELLATION and REFUND / CREDIT: <<= NEW CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE FEB 1\, 2025 – PLEASE READ FULLY! \nSuncoast Florida PCA incurs significant costs in hosting an HPDE event at Sebring. These are non-refundable costs to Suncoast and include track rental\, corner workers\, safety crews\, ambulance personnel etc. \n1. All cancellations MUST be done in your ClubReg account by clicking the CANCEL button. \n2. All cancellations\, whether for refund or for credit and regardless of reason\, will incur a $60 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refund of the ClubRegistration payment processing fees (currently 4.25%). \n3. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the event start date\, you will receive a credit for use within calendar year 2025. Or you may request a refund by emailing to DERegistrar@SuncoastPCA.org after clicking cancel. Refunds will be processed ASAP but not later than 10 days after the event. \n4. If you cancel from 15 to 29 days prior to the event start date will receive a credit for use in 2025 (less the $60 cancellation fee noted above). \n5. From 14 days prior to the event start date\, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS – including for cars not passing the technical inspection. Plan and schedule your tech inspection appointment accordingly to ensure any required repairs or pads/tires replacements can be made before the cancellation deadline (for Sat-Sun 2-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Friday 2 weeks prior; for Fri-Sat-Sun 3-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Thursday 2 weeks prior). \n6. Any charitable donations made are not refundable. \n7. DESCRIPTION:  \n\n\n\n\n\nWelcome to Suncoast PCA’s April DE 2-day weekend! \nRegistration Opens: March 10\, 2025\, at 9:00 AM (CT) \nRegistration Closes: April 18\, 2025\, at 11:59 PM (CT) \n🔗 Register Here: Club Registration \nThe weekend will begin with a Street Taco social during the Registration and Tech hour on Friday evening. Please select at time of registration. \nBoth Saturday and Sunday will be our regular 4-run group format DE with run groups for students and solo drivers. Our student group will have a limited number of students per day so please register early to guarantee a spot! First timer’s and non-PCA members are welcome – the only caveat is all drivers must be at least 18 years of age. \nEvent t-shirts: We will have a variety of different t-shirts available for sale at the track from Saturday a.m. through to Sun noon at Pit 30. Be sure to stop by and take a look! \nSome items to note: \nDE REGISTRATION and CONFIRMATION: \n1. All registrants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license. \n2. All drivers require a helmet rated SA2015 or SA2020. Moped helmets and motorcycle helmets are not allowed\, and there are no loaner helmets available. NOTE: SA2015 helmets can be used until Feb 28\, 2026 per PCA National. \n3. We run rain or shine so please prepare accordingly! \n4. Car numbers and pit stalls are allocated on a “first registered and paid\, first allocation” basis. \n5. We use an e-waiver – this must be SIGNED and VERIFIED. \n6. Registrations have a 3-day period for you to complete the above items and make payment. After the 3-day period has expired your registration will be automatically cancelled. \n7. You will be confirmed when the required questions / registration information is complete\, your appropriate payment is received\, and your e-waiver is signed AND VERIFIED. \nYou are not officially in the event until you have received a confirmation email. \n8. All requests for changes to your registration must be made before the event closes. This includes car numbers\, cars or driver information. No changes to your registration can be made after the event registration period closes (1 week prior to the event start date). \n9. After the event registration period has closed\, you will need to contact the DE Registrar to inquire about space in the event and registering. All late registrations will incur a $75 late registration fee. \n10. PCA membership is not required but membership does have some advantages. If your PCA membership number is in your ClubReg account profile\, it will be automatically verified during the registration process\, and you will see the member rates. If you are a PCA member and you do not see the member rates\, (1) check your membership is paid up and (2) ensure you have entered your membership number into your profile. You do not have to be a member specifically of Suncoast PCA\, all PCA members receive the same benefits at our DE events. \nDE TECH INSPECTION: \nAll drivers must have a technical inspection performed on their car within 30 days of the event\, at an approved shop. The “Tech Form” and the “Approved Shop List” can be downloaded from within your ClubReg account. They will also be attached to your confirmation email. THIS APPLIES TO ALL DRIVERS\, INCLUDING INSTRUCTORS! \nSAFETY POLICIES RELATING TO CONVERTIBLES AND EV CARS: \nIf you are considering driving with either a convertible or an EV\, please contact our DE Tech at DETech@SuncoastPCA.org prior to registering for an event to get the specifics of these policies. The documents can also be downloaded from ClubReg once you are logged into your ClubReg account. \nDE CANCELLATION and REFUND / CREDIT: <<= NEW CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE FEB 1\, 2025 – PLEASE READ FULLY! \nSuncoast Florida PCA incurs significant costs in hosting an HPDE event at Sebring. These are non-refundable costs to Suncoast and include track rental\, corner workers\, safety crews\, ambulance personnel etc. \n1. All cancellations MUST be done in your ClubReg account by clicking the CANCEL button. \n2. All cancellations\, whether for refund or for credit and regardless of reason\, will incur a $60 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refund of the ClubRegistration payment processing fees (currently 4.25%). \n3. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the event start date\, you will receive a credit for use within calendar year 2025. Or you may request a refund by emailing to DERegistrar@SuncoastPCA.org after clicking cancel. Refunds will be processed ASAP but not later than 10 days after the event. \n4. If you cancel from 15 to 29 days prior to the event start date will receive a credit for use in 2025 (less the $60 cancellation fee noted above). \n5. From 14 days prior to the event start date\, NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS – including for cars not passing the technical inspection. Plan and schedule your tech inspection appointment accordingly to ensure any required repairs or pads/tires replacements can be made before the cancellation deadline (for Sat-Sun 2-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Friday 2 weeks prior; for Fri-Sat-Sun 3-day event weekends this is 5pm on the Thursday 2 weeks prior). \n6. Any charitable donations made are not refundable. \n7. DESCRIPTION:Events have been reaching max capacity\, so we will have to prioritize registrations by: Current PCA membership validated in your Clurbreg profile; Porsche cars – non PCA; BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW) and Guests only are invited to register on 02/09/25. We advise you to not make payment in advance if you are not a Porsche car as you will be charged the credit card fee to cancel your payment. We will email you if we are able to move you from the waitlist to “Pending” status to make payment. Event will be capped at approximately 40-45 drivers and up to 10 registered guests. Registration will close on 03/01/25 and cancellations must be submitted prior to that date for refund (less credit card processing fee). NO on-site registrations will be allowed. \nPre-payment (current/active PCA MEMBERSHIP # MUST be listed in your Clubreg Profile to qualify for the Member rate of $50)\, and the PCA Event Liability Waiver is required to be e-signed before you will be confirmed on the Roster. Your registration will remain as “Pending” until completed and you have received a confirmation email and see your name on the Roster. There will be a separate area for general “spectators”. \nWe plan to accommodate up to 50-60 drivers for this venue\, however\, we will still prioritize registrations by: Current PCA membership validated in your Clurbreg profile\, $50; Porsche cars – non PCA\, BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW)\, $60\, and their Guests are invited to register on 02/04/25.
