SUMMARY:Autocross
DESCRIPTION:PCA and BMWCCA Club Members (driving BMW) only are invited to register on 9/13-10/5. Do not register if you are not a member as you will be charged the credit card fee to cancel your payment. Event will be capped at approx 40 drivers and up to 10 registered guest. Registration will close on10/5 and cancellations must be submitted prior to that date for refund (less credit card processing fee). NO on-site registrations will be allowed. \nPre-payment (current/active PCA MEMBERSHIP # MUST be listed in your Clubreg Profile to qualify for the Member rate of $45)\, and the PCA Event Liability Waiver is required to be e-signed before you will be confirmed on the Roster. Your registration will remain as “Pending” until completed and you have received a confirmation email and see your name on the Roster. \nALL non-driver GUEST attendees must register and e-sign the liability waiver as a “Crew/Guest” on Clubregistration.net. No on-site registrations as this is a private event. Please assist your guest in setting up an account with Clubregistration.net. $5 is requested if your guest will join us for lunch. \nPCA requires eSignatures for all events. Electronically sign the Event Liability Waiver prior to the event. \nSnell 2010 helmet or newer required. Limited loaner helmets available. \nPlease arrive at the gate between 7:45am and 8:15am. Tech inspection 8am – 8:30am. Guided course walk at 8:45am followed by drivers’ meeting at 9am. Group A ready to Grid by 9:30am. Lunch and cold drinks will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own cooler. We always target 4 morning runs and 4 afternoon runs depending on weather and other factor. Please make plans to stay the entire day so we have enough workers for the final B run group. We usually wrap up around 3:30pm. \nAll Drivers must be 18 years of age with valid Driver’s License. Registered PCA “Juniors Program” members may drive at 16 years of age with valid Driver’s License. Parent/Guardian must attend and sign Minor Participation Waiver. \nRegister on ClubReg
